Reduced –cost referrals are available to attorneys and paralegals to assist with payment negotiations and adjustments, if necessary.

 

· Make payment arrangements to avoid loss of or regain your driving privilege or other license

· Petition for temporary or permanent reduction in child support payment orders

· Request Custody, Visitation or Mediation assistance to resolve issues

YFES Family Law Services

Family Law Services—This program offers workshops on the legal, financial and psychological impacts of divorce, as well as assistance with filing for divorce, restraining orders, child custody, visitation rights, and child and spousal support.
